Anyone can join The National Political Do Not Contact Registry for free. However, we do have two membership options. Learn more below.

Becoming a member, either as a Charter Founder Member ($9.95) or a Charter Member (Free), will allow you to take back control of the political conversation and tell politicians to stop calling you, if you don't want to be called.

With both memberships you can register your main phone number and tell politicians to stop calling you at home.

With both memberships you also get our free email newsletter where you can learn valuable tips about stopping telemarketing and email fraud.

However, with the Charter Founder Membership your are able to register your main phone number plus the following, allowing you to really take control:

Your home phone and your cell phone numbers
Your mailing address
Your email addresses
Your political preference. (i.e. Republican, Democrat, Independent or other)
The issues you care about. (i.e. Energy, Environment, Education, Terrorism or other)
How you would like to be contacted. (i.e. Email only)

Why Must I Register To Remove My Number From Political Phone Lists?

It is critical that we prevent fraud. Since we are a non-profit and the registry does not have the force of law, it is critical that our database be secure, accurate and free from manipulation. To prevent fraud and abuse we require voters to validate that they are who they say they are by registering and activating your account. In addition, by registering and becoming a member you can return at anytime to update your contact information if you move.

I am giving serious consideration to purposely not vote or vote against anyone who is rude enough to disrupt my home privacy.....PARTICULARLY THOSE PRE-RECORDED MESSAGES THAT LEAVE NO NUMBER FOR RESPONSE.
