We are pleased to announce the launch of the
National Political Do Not Contact Registry
Partner Program.
In this section we will showcase phone consultants and organizations that are leading the way and have agreed to work with the National Political Do Not Contact Registry(NPDNC) to reduce unwanted political robo calling across the United States.

- Not to robo call those voters who have voluntarily signed up for the National Political Do Not Contact Registry at StopPoliticalCalls.org,
- Not to robo
call those voters who have voluntarily signed
up for the NPDNC registry for those campaign's
that have taken the "do not robo call"
pledge,
- To abide by the Automated
Phone Code of Conduct best practices listed
below

| To Not Robo Call Members
of the National Political Do Not Contact
Registry (NPDNC). This partner organization will scrub all campaign phone lists against the NPDNC list.* *(There may be, however, some candidates or campaigns that will not agree to scrub their phone list against the NPDNC phone list. It is understood that this will be the exception, rather than the rule.) | Yes | No

| To Not Robo Call Members
of the NPDNC Registry for those candidates and
campaigns that agree to take the NPDNC "do not
robo call" pledge. These partner organizations will work with candidates and campaigns to educate them on the benefits of taking the NPDNC Registry "do not robo call" pledge. If the campaign agrees, this organization will scrub the campaign phone list against the NPDNC Registry list. (However, there is no guarantee that candidates and campaigns for which this organization conducts robo calls will agree to comply with the NPDNC Registry and pledge.) | No | Yes

Robo Call Consultants Who Have Joined With the NPDNC
The following robo call consultants have agreed
to partner with the National Political Do Not
Contact Registry.
Candidates who are looking for a phone consultant that will ensure that your campaign does not call members of the NPDNC registry and have agreed to the NPDNC code of conduct can review the following firms.

Dialing. Democratic Dialing is an
automated phone call consulting firm dedicated
to assisting progressive and Democratic
candidates win their races. Democratic
Dialing has agreed not to call those voters
that have signed up for the NPDNC registry and
to abide by the robo calling code of
conduct.

The Robo Call Code Of Conduct and Best Practices
The Automated Phone Code Of Conduct and best practices when making
robo calls or automated dialer calls
are:
- To always use a valid caller id when making a call
- To always give the voter a way to opt out of future calls
- To ensure that the sponsor of the call is clearly identified during the call, preferably in the first 10 seconds
- Not to call before 9 AM or after 9 PM local time
- Not to call a single voter's phone number more than one time a day
